first of all prepare manchurian balls ,for tha take gratted cabbage on a bowl,add ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder ,maida ,
Add corn starch for binding and a pinch of salt , make a daugh.
Than make small balls from the daugh and all balls
After balls ,prepare gravey
For that took a frying pan ,add oil and then put some chopped garlic ,ginger and onion And black pepper powder
Then deep frying all of them
Add some soya sause,chilli sause and tomato sause and salt
Make a thick gravey
Then at last add some water
When thick consistency appeared then add manchurian balls to it and stir till some balls absorbe gravey
Sesoning with sprin onions ans black salt
Your manchurian is ready to serve
